Exhibitor space with skirted table, chairs available on request, shared wastebasket, Wi-Fi, electricity (bring your own extension cords), name badges & lanyards, Exhibitor Hall hors d'oeuvres, Friday's Opening Banquet & Dessert Social for up to two registered representatives (additional company reps may attend at an additional cost), recognition of your company as a Sponsor in AVCU's weekly Newslines Express and on our convention webpage, and a digital list of convention attendees with name, job title, and credit union affiliation. Plus, the unique benefits listed under each sponsorship level.
Additional Vendor Weekend Packages are available for purchase if company representatives will be attending the whole convention weekend (if your Sponsorship Level Package does not include this benefit).
Engage directly with credit union CEOs, senior executives, staff, and volunteers during Exhibitor BINGO Friday afternoon and evening in the Exhibitor Hall!
Exhibitor Reception: Will run from 4:30 to 6:30, which will be followed by dinner. We will return to the Exhibitor Hall at approximately 8:45 for the Dessert Social.
Exhibitor BINGO! Game: Each eligible attendee from a Vermont credit union will receive a uniquely numbered Exhibitor BINGO! contest card featuring a space with your company’s name and that of every other Exhibitor. When you arrive at your assigned table in the Exhibitor Hall, you will find a bingo ink dauber. For an eligible attendee to have a chance to be randomly selected for the Exhibitor BINGO! Winner’s circle during the Dessert Social, each cardholder must visit your station and collect your ink mark in your matching space on their contest card. The contest is designed to get your company in front of every Vermont credit union attendee, so we hope you’ll take advantage of this opportunity to meet new people and promote your company’s products and services to them. (Note: only AVCU member credit union employees, volunteers, and their registered convention guests are eligible to play Exhibitor BINGO!).
Door Prizes: In addition to the Exhibitor BINGO! Game, most of our Exhibitors typically offer a door prize at their station to encourage attendees to drop a business card for a live drawing. When setting up your station in the Exhibitor Hall, please let AVCU know if you will have a door prize. Towards the end of the evening will be the drawing of the door prizes, where our convention photographer will also take pictures.
At the Convention Administration table, which opens at 2:00 p.m. Friday, you’ll find your name badge and other important information. Please be sure to obtain and put on your name badge as early as possible … for security purposes, all convention attendees must display their name badge in all convention areas from Friday afternoon through Sunday morning
The Exhibitor Hall will be available for station set up from 1:00-4:30 PM on Friday. All exhibit materials must remain set up at each station through the end of the Dessert Social (estimated to be 9:30 PM) and must be removed afterward.
At their discretion, the Resort may charge a handling and storage fee for shipped items. Please note that items must be shipped to the attention of a company representative who is registered to stay overnight at the Resort. The resort will not accept shipped materials that arrive sooner than five days prior to the start of our conference. Arranging for return shipment of items is the responsibility of your company and its attending representatives.

If you’re generously donating an item(s) for our Political Advocacy Raffle, thank you! Please tell us about your donation(s) by email as soon as possible so we can add your prizes to the Raffle Gallery webpage. In addition to displaying your donation in the Gallery, AVCU will also recognize and thank donors in Newslines Express during the coming weeks to build interest among convention attendees.

Please deliver your item to one of the AVCU staff members at the Convention Administration table when you pick up your name badge. We’ll accept prize donations right up until the beginning of the convention.
We greatly appreciate your help with our Political Action Raffle. Your donation will help make it possible for AVCU to continue supporting credit union friends in state government and fend off challenges by those trying to restrict credit union membership and services. Thank you for your consideration and generosity!

All invoices for the convention are due by April 30, 2025. Failure to submit payment to AVCU for the full invoice will result in the cancellation and revocation of all exhibitor and sponsor privileges. Payment methods will be included with the invoice.
