Annual Meeting Early Bird Registrations (EBRs) for discount packages must be submitted online via the form by 5:00 PM on March 31, 2026. All registrations are non-refundable, but are transferable. AVCU will allow credit unions to substitute a different registrant for the previously submitted registration until 5:00 PM ET on April 26, 2026, by contacting WiL Mobus (WiL@vermontcreditunions.coop). AVCU will invoice your credit union for registrations shortly after being received. Any EBR for which AVCU does not receive payment by April 30, 2026, will be converted to a Standard Registration with the higher fee applied.  Annual Meeting Standard rates are in effect from 5:00 PM on March 31, 2026, through 5:00 PM on April 26, 2026, and may be invoiced after the convention.
